Clinton Arts Center is an arts community. Private studio space allows artists to have private space to call their own. Artists can bring their own tools and have space to leave out work in progress. These private studios allow artists to come together to work in an artistic community while maintaining a private space. The private studio artists will have access to all of the equipment in the arts center. They have a personalized key to the facility allowing them access 24/7. Private studio space is not yet available.  We are taking reservations now for our new facility that is planned for late 2015. 

Private studio space will be located on the second floor of the arts center and is rented by the square foot. Click here for our license agreement. An elevator allow artists to wheel their work between levels to access the equipment they need.

Also located on the second floor of the arts center is a catering kitchen, computer center with a small photo studio to photograph art work and an event room. The event space is designed to be used  flexibily for private parties and classes. The kitchen is designed as a catering facility to support private events.

Private studio members have access to both our brick and mortar store and our web site to sell their work.

Private studio members also are given first choice to teach CAC’s classes. Click here for our Instructor Contract. Please keep us posted on your favorite classes to teach.
