In most classes materials are included and provided by the Clinton Arts Center, however you may be asked to purchase or bring additional materials for your personal use.
We know life happens, so if you need to drop a course for any reason, we’ll issue you a refund. Notice must be given at least seven days before your course start date for a full refund. Spring & Summer Camps require notice to be given at least 14 days before the start of the class. If you, or an immediate family member becomes sick or injured before your first day of class, you may apply for a refund under a medical waiver. To do so, please submit your request via e-mail to email@example.com. Your application will not be considered complete until we have received an accompanying physician’s note (on official letterhead) documenting the related illness or injury. The physician’s note should be emailed directly from your physician’s office to firstname.lastname@example.org.
You are welcome to transfer from one class to another, provided the class is not full and it is prior to seven days before the start date of the class.
Late registrations are only allowed with the permission of the instructor and are unable to be prorated. Late registrations cannot be processed online; please contact the office for more information.
